The poll above indicates that a lot of people don't understand other people at all. Porn is big and sells good because so many people secretly watch it. (Mostly maried grown ups) Nothing sick about that, just mother nature playing with our interests. So i think a little more Sex (wich is a more accurate description of what the OP wants) would give certain games a big selling point.
And the players will be just normal people like you and me and give those people another way to get their virtual sattisfaction, which will keep them from forcing themselve uppon people in the real world and it might be a releive valve for certain frustrations.

Go and play Sociolotron - its UO graphic style but their Wiki states they develop a 3D successor.
The good thing about the Game is it has also an intimate comunity, hardcore RP and kind of a meaningfull death not to speak about the player driven economy and the various pvp oportunities of any style^^

wow... I feel dirty just looking at their site. I don't think I have it in me to actually try it out, though part of me wants to see what it does.
To the OP, try this, or put some of the more dirty mods on Oblivion (like the HGEC) and have at it. *fap fap fap*
