NOOO! Our chars are in Limbo! Cant bug report

So me and my brother got betakeys from fileplanet and have been playing like the last 2 days nonstop getting our chars to physical lvl 16 dual classing as a lvl 12 galdiator/ 11 archer for me and a lvl 12 conjurer /11 thaumaterge for him...
We formed a party last night of 6 people to kill the incredibly hard sheep outside town and the party proceeded to crash all at the same time during the fights.. and then later at random times seperate form eachother.. We hadn't been crashing for the 2 days straight before this.. (Its funny seeing tarus go flying after being rammed )
Still we go back to town and logout and everything is fine.. but this mourning we can't log into our chars for some reason they are just stuck in limbo!!! arrrrggg. Can make new chars and log in fine and everything but can't play those chars..
But we CAN'T EVEN BUG REPORT.. apprently people who get keys through fileplanet dont have permission to post bugs or talk on the fourms or do anything but play the game lol....
All that being said I am very addicted to FFIXV having played nonstop for around 48 hours.. it is by no means for everyone and is VERY much like ff11... Almost everyone who hasn't played ff11 is going to absoultely hate it at first.
Unlike some more popular mmos you very much need to figure things out and where to go / what to do on your own. The beta also runs very laggy and..badly. It has a rather large learning curve... but dam it its exatly the kind of mmo ive been waiting for... ff11 being my favorite... started that day 1 at realease and hated the controls but the next day i got use to them and played for 6? years on and off....
I predict a horrible launch for what will become a amazing game for some..

Only around 3000 testers have access to the bug report form. They don't need us reporting bugs for them.
ODD so..beta for us is just sort of a exclusive demo then 0_O
That's not what it means, lol.
We help them get the design right.
If we don't like something about the UI/Combat/crafting/tutorials, we give them feedback about it.
That's the kind of feedback they are looking for.
Sounds like it. Maybe a bit of a stress test since you're all forced to play in one region.

I'm confused tho, I can't use the fourms. I can read them but I am not allowed to post (Not in bug reports or feedback fourms or anywhere) so how can I give feedback? O_O
Now that's odd. Haven't come across a problem like that. What error message does it say?
Imagine if everyone who was in beta decided, lets go hit up the mmorpg forum and complain about bugs instead of giving FFXIV the critical feedback in bug reports that they needed. oh dear lord, this entire forum would shut down.
DUDE, the problem is that I can't give them the feedback that they need. It just says our accounts don't have permission. Which is why I'm confused..I have no way to talk to SE lol..
Even if you cant give bug reports, your data is still being analyzed as you play, its not that imporant to have to fill out text reports to them if they can already see your data on thier end. But if you all came here to report all this, this forum would be a mess. Keep beta in beta club. rules of beta club. no one talks about beta club.
Yeah well I guess you do have a point there, I just was wondering with all the recent beta invites if other people who got fileplanet keys here figured out a way. Anyway we made new chars ...guess they can start anyalzing some more data now...
I do have my doubts about them actually knowing chars are getting stuck in limbo tho but heres hoping... really wouldn't want that to happen to people at release..
I don't know what happened... but after trying many times the main chars are no longer stuck in limbo and playable again..
