Good lord, don't believe what you read. Obviously you haven't played SWG. In game support is phenominal. And they do have Live RP events.... Not too long ago I ran into Han Solo and he asked me to go take care of some business for him... very cool.
And MXO is WAY over hyped... I tried it... it sucks... then again the movies sucked to so maybe I'm biassed.

your arguement is so persuasive, so filled with knowledge and insight. You back up your argument very articulately, with suggestions of improvements and raising examples to glorify your position....oh wait, you didn't
Matrix is worth playing its awsome but u need a high high Graphics card and EQ and EQ 2 is great but lvling from lvl 38+ is annoying. wow is great its like EQ and EQ2 and city of heros is Awsome i love that game great game for when ur in the mood for some fresh super hero fun.
Originally posted by bernysan Hi, I'm a newbie on MMOs and i'm thinking about subscribing to one of these four: World of Warcraft Matrix Online EverQuest II City of Heroes 15 U$ a month plus 50 U$ for the cd is a budget, so i want to choose one only, WoW has the best ratings but seems it has quite some lag, i hate waiting and i'm not sure if its worth having the patience. Could someone please advice which one of these is the best and why? Thanks
Coh will give you alotta fun if you got friend to play with you but it WILL GET BORING as will all games but this one before others. closest thing to SKILL-bases gameplay that you'll find in the mmorpg market. pvp is coming to coh this month as well as City of Villans later in the year.
Wow is very newbie friendly. If you know how to point and click you can pretty much play wow. Not too easy not too hard. Good enough depth and with pvp coming out later this year its only getting better. like all mmorpg's though, having a guild/clan/outfit makes the expierence a whole lot better.
I would personally choose Wow, you'll get more out of it, Dont believe all the lag and server crashing nonsense. If you dont want a bad server, wait till peak hours, and start on a low to medium server. Or ask around the forums people can tell you a reliable server.
