3 colors for every armor piece..... Thats something i'd die for in most MMO's

Best MMO experiences : EQ(PvE), DAoC(PvP), WoW(total package) LOTRO (worldfeel) GW2 (Artstyle and animations and worlddesign) SWTOR (Story immersion) TSW (story) ESO (character advancement)

Haha aren't you tired of running around the internets looking for more GW2 gameplay and screeenshots?

    This is not a game.

    Not much better to do...

I hurt my knee on a mountainbiking trip, and it needs to rest, perfect place to rest is on the couch with my laptop and ipad. But i can't really play MMO's on that same couch.

Better title would have been 'Dye to die for'.

But thanks for screenshot, looks nice ;)

Hmm.. that pic makes me wonder if dyes are free? I remember spending easily hundreds and hundreds of plats mixing dyes in Guild Wars. Atleast all my millions of armors looked little unique :)

I hope they are not free, it was great part of the economy and it was a great alchemy to mix color what u want. If there will be color picker like on picture it will be huge loss :(

So we don't need to boy the dyes any more or was that just for the demo?

I like how it works in GW1 that dyes were part of the economy, I'm afraid every one will be colored black if it's free.

I think it will be the other way around; most people who used black dye(and fow armour/chaos gloves) wore it just for the prestige. The black dye was pretty awful on most armours as it destroyed much of the details. I think we will be seeing less black dyed armours now every dye is equally prestigious.

I believe we will have to buy dyes but if we buy orange dye we will be able to choose from all the orange shades.

Nah, they will most likely be drops as in the first game even if it isn't impossible that you craft them here instead.

I got my black Amber armor in 2 weeks, I guess I was lucky with the drops or you were unlucky.

Still, I like this a lot. Games like EQ2 are always reusing the same stuff with different colors instead of making new skins (there is only one robe to mention the worst case), I hope this will inspire ANET to make more skins than those games.

I am really curious about the crafting however, anyone heard anything about it yet?
