Looking for FF XIV guild, will be doing the CE

Have not seen the server list, but I'm looking for a guild. I will be doing the CE 6 day head start thing. I would like to join a 18+ guild that has players that will be playing the game at least 15+ hours a week and will have at least enough people in it to do the tougher group stuff. I also would not want to join a guild that will rush through content.. I would like to enjoy the game with some cool people...

well seeing as how they don't have any pvp yet, I guess there is no reason to rush through content. I will be getting the CE aswell. I don't have a guild, but I have a few people I will be playing with. I'm looking for a server right now and possibly a guild, if me and my buddies don't create one of our own.
