It's not Torchlight, the gfx style on those pics look more "realistic", unless it is the mmo version.
Torchlight2 doesn't come out until spring 2011, so it's not that either.. almost want to say Diablo3 but it can't be that for the same reason lol.. ugh I don't know but whatever it is it looks to be right up my alley

Nope wait, it IS Torchlight!
Just booted up the game to double check lol, looks better than I remembered, but wall textures and objects are identical. Though it's still kind of hard to tell exactly with those small pics.
So it is either the orignal Torchlight, or the mmo version, but I read that has been delayed and may possibly come out as Torchlight2 now.
lol don't know why, but this is buggy me now... haha
it could be either, and they do release screenshots before its available to play

The game is called Battle of the Immortals, developed by Perfect World, and the members of Runic Games are also involved in the development.
