Well at least theve tackled the fearsome class restrictions, but now I am facing weapon restrictions 
With my scout I made a flail, a great weapon in my opinion, only to find out that i couldnt use it!
I mean, the class restrictions always where the crappiest things when playing games like BaldursGate & BG2...
Is there no way I can use my flail with my scout, let them emplement some penalties or make it harder to get a skill up with it.

I would suggest checking if you're able to use a weap. before spending time creating one. Your scout can use daggers, rapiers, spears, and maybe something else.
