Looking for extra beta key

Hello everyone!
I've come to ask for an extra beta key for FFXIV if anyone has one since I have seen so many threads here offering one. I have tried everyone contest and even signed up for the file planet but I'm just plain unlucky as I still do not have one.. ; ;
You see right now my husband's job has him living on the West coast and I can't leave my job on the East Coast. We've been using F2P MMOs and Skype to keep intouch but I'd really love to play the FFXIV beta together since he already got a code early on in the alpha release which is why I was trying so hard to get one. But now I have tried everything except asking for one..
My husband and I started playing mmos together during high school and FFXI was actually our first one and I just think it would be so special to play FFXIV's beta together ._. I just can't get a key. I'm hoping some kind hearted person here will help us out.. ; ; Please!

Don't lose hope, keep at it! Open beta is around the corner and more invites will be coming. I came across three keys, but gave the other two to a friend and his brother. If I come across more I plan to give them out or even hold a small contest but have to wait and see.
There's alot of complaints out there about FFXIV right now and I don't see the huge deal. UI, latency and controls will be fixed. Guild Leves, yeah its a nice boost in experience for players. Square Enix gives us a exp boost every 48 hours through quests. Then people complain they don't get this boost often enough. Surplus, yeah it's annoying but I've grinded through it and I'm 22 already in a week. Really, the leveling is already fast enough per class, last thing we need is to make it faster. It's already much faster progressing than FFXI was. Last thing I want is this to turn into the modern day MMO of rush to max level in a few weeks.
Looking back on FFXI, I had so many complaints about that game; but guess what? I loved it, it was amazing. FFXIV will be the same, there will be things people question and complain over but it'll be a great game. End of rant. Just hang in there for now, only ~30 more days.

I hope there is a decent supply of keys or whatever methods they are using for Open Beta, I would love to get a feel for the game before release, I've been signed up for CB ever since sign ups opened and I've gotten nada, may be because I was actually honest when I answered how long I plan to play per week, 40-50 hours or what,ever not the 72+ lmao

A lot of it is purely down to luck, and perhaps system specs. At this point in closed beta, I honestly don't think there is a certain criteria which they are looking for.
Now, time for a side-story.
I recently sold a sealed Collector's Edition of FFXIII to a guy on ebay, who was wanting to get it signed by the developers at this year's GamesCon. Well, it turns out that this guy was an employee at Square-Enix UK, and was wanting the CE to be displayed at the offices there. He was so happy with the purchase (worried that it wouldn't arrive on time in mint condition) that he offered me a key...
Only a few hours earlier I was on these forums wishing for one.
To the OP - just keep looking. OB is just around the corner (fortnight, tops) with release just beyond the horizon. Expect more promotions / competetions on the larger gaming sites as we get closer to launch.
