The Closed Beta is going to close on the 25th August, with Open beta beginning sometime early September.
Phase 3 is ending sooner than anticipated..

is this pc only or ps3 as well? Im having trouble finding information on if people are actually testing on ps3 yet or if its all pc. Any direct info would be great.
Think pc since ps3 version aint coming out until next year.
This is for the PC. PS3 version isn't even a blip on the radar yet.
I bet there's people who haven't finished downloading the CB client yet, lol.

anyway, is it a "Open" Beta like most other game does
or is it more like a "Wider range" Beta with limited player?
from what i read/heard, SE has a lot of works to do before they can handle the number of OB
A new client will be needed for open beta or can ppl download the existing one?
Been waiting for the open beta before the game launches to get an idea of what I'm gonna see/were to start ecc
Def. a new client / build will be introduced. So far we only have access to one of the three starting cities and it's surrounding region. Open beta will introduce the remaining cities and areas, and probrably more guildleves (missions).
Not sure wether existing testers will need to re-download the whole thing or just update from the existing client. Sure we'll find out more details over the next few days.
