Here are the patch notes, with many new changes, such as the Honor System, and the Children's Day event. Here is where you can get the link to the Public Test Server transfer. Just a heads up! 
EDIT: If you read this, one of the best things (in my oppinion) is now the Drakkisath drops 2-4 blood for Onyxia's key, making it much easier to get to Onyxia. Also, here is a picture of the new succubus model.

Welll damn , they should have made General drop that many bloods 1 month ago , when my guild was farming for it because now Onyxia is slain and so is MC except Majordomo Executus and ofcourse the Impossible Ragnaros till Blackwing Lair or w/e it's called comes out. But thats out , Thanks for the notes. Time to start reading them hopefully they make some changes to Rogues and make them useful in some places like MC and Onyxia.!!
