What is the best race / class to grow fast? What has the highest killing power?

    a vamp if you have cata, but if you dont have cata then well a fun class that does a lot of dmg is a fire wizzy. And if they diddnt nerf the warlock yet on cata they do some pretty good dmg and easy to level. Well IMO at least

    whats the range of skills per class (not upgrades) like different skills

    I have an elf enchanter and his boom beam spell is quite powerful in a group. I don't really no many classes so far cuz ive just started playing the trial.

    It depends on the class for basic skills on your class and then how you spec for your class.  Those all vary on what class you pick.  Then you have Realm Abilities, and Master Level abilities.
