even though DDO is annoying and all, you have some nice equips customisations there, but its heavily instanced and you have to aim there and have several weapons to use, though only part they did there right almost at least is char dev who is the main party in dungeon and dragons but the rest is just less then ok or ok.
yeah,it was fun,i only quit because i really dont like the combat physics, the whole swinging at nothing while walking around isnt for me,but vindictus theres like a more 3D feel to it,i cant really describe it....

Even though I have not had a chance to play it yet Nailzz, your mini-review is exactly what I felt after watching gameplay footage. I am not expecting any more out of this than a good F2P action multiplayer game. It does appear, however, they are dropping the sorceress in the NA version, which is no good for me. That is the class I really wanted to play!
[EDIT: I just looked at another site and they seem to have the impression the sorceress is in after all. I think maybe I was just mislead by the wiki site which had not yet announced the sorceress for Vindictus]
She isn't dropped. She didn't show up until open beta in Korea which is around when she will appear in the NA version. The fourth character Korak is being added to the Korean version soon as well. The game is still being developed in Korea and is getting updates every month which is a lot more then what I can say about most P2Ps.

true most p2p normally have all classes done before the launch date, they can add more later but the core classes or chars are done before any beta
I just want to know why MMORGP.com gave it such a low rating, for one, its free to play, with some of the best graphics i have ever seen for a F2P game, its action, and you can use multiple different controlers for it,(which is so awesome!) So i just want to know why it didnt beat the rest of em,i mean Wonderking?played it,boring,Puzzle Pirates? seriously? thats a browser game for 10 year olds!Dragonica? -.- if you dont agree with me,thats fine, but if just a little more people knew about Vindictus? its population would explode, this is a serious wow assassin,in my opinion
Last I checcked 7.99 was a pretty darn good score. Considering it's a Korean grinder that's actually quite an amazing score.

**I EDIT YOU!** its not P2P,its F2P,and the score got updated, its now 8.12 or something, its getting up there! and i dont think it will have some quests, not a complete grinder.

It shows as 7.84 to me so I think this thread is having the opposite effect you hoped it would have.
It did make me go to the official site and then rate it, which I had never done. But I will tell you me rating did not make the number go in the direction you would like it to.
EDIT: Let me add in something you don't seem to be considering. The hype level (which is done by users here) reflects how hyped you are for a game to come out. It does not necessarily correlate to the quality, functionality, model, setting, developer, etc etc et. It is purely a "Man I'm so exicted about this game let me give it a 10!!!" or "I am not interested at all in this game I'm going to give it a low hype". That's it, plain and simple.
Now the released rating is SUPPOSED to be reflective of the qualtiy of different aspects of the game. It generally boils down to super fans giving 10s and super haters giving 1s just to change the score, not to accurately reflect the true quality of the game. It all boils down to one thing though, none of the ratings on this site matter for anything.

Well,Mr.Snarles what did you find wrong? this is forums, even though this forum was supposed to be about hype,it has slowly changed to peoples thoughts to the game,so,again i ask you what you found wrong with the game,we would all be glad to hear your "review"

I need to correct somethings people have been getting wrong on here. First, Its F2P which has been mentioned before. Also, the game is still in Open Beta in Korea. So, having characters still in development makes sense then. Finally, there are PLENTY of quests to do. If you level up without questing in Vindictus you will be hugely underpowered. Now, there are grinding elements in the game depending on your drop rate but if your a skilled player and don't care about upgrading your gear through crafting then there is no reason for you to grind in it. Personally I did material grinds cause I wanted to for leather and iron ore so I have better gear cause better gear for me is fun.
And why is this game now on the most anticipated list? It's the most shallow game I've ever played.
Then you must not have played many games in your life.
And how is it shallow?
Actually I have played many games and MMOs to be able to judge if a game won't keep someone playing it for long. This game has a very nice concept, but with it being heavily instanced, having only 3 playable classes (the other 2 classes are getting in later in Korea and who knows when in the NA version) which are also gender-locked (it's actually 3 "characters" and has to do with the story but still a gender lock is a gender lock) and a pretty small game world, I wonder how it's going to keep players playing for more than a month.
2- i realize this, and if you would take the time to read the previous posts, then you would see this hasnt really been about MMORGP.com,more of the game in general, and peoples thoughts about it
and 3,Continent of the Ninth is completely based in asia

1 - Continent of the Ninth is better
2- MMORPG Hype meter isn't a symbol of quality
"It has potential"
-Second most used phrase on existence
"It sucks"
