Excited about bazzar system and fatigue system

I'm really looking forward to this game, but one thing I'm not looking forward to is losing my life to it.  That's why the fatigue system seems great to me.  No longer will I feel the motivation to play longer to catch up with the No-life OCD race-to-cap crowd, because they can't get much further than me.  An hour a day for this hobby sounds about perfect to me.  And if I want to play a couple more hours, I could craft or shop or socialize- things which often go neglected in the "Race to Boredom (Level Cap)" in most mmorpgs.

The Bazzar market system also seems like a pretty cool idea.  It will actually give you a reason to check out player made shops.  Hopefully they will add ways to customize them well so you'll know what kind of "store" you'll be browsing before you check it out.  This new system will introduce a new mmorpg activity- shopping.  Looking for the best deals, finding a "shop" that you trust and like, remembering where it's located and maybe even developing a relationship with the owner- this all seems like fun to me.

Both things run against the grain of rush-and-dash which is how most mmorpgs are played- everybody trying to do everything as fast as possible to move onto the next thing without really experiencing anything.

So I say kudos to Square-Enix for trying out some new systems in an MMORPG.  They could be really fun, but leave it to a gaming message board to threaten non-purchace/condemnation before even trying something out.

Do you have to be logged into the game to have a shop open? If so, then you shouldn´t crucify the No-Lifers in the first part of your thread too loud.

The bazaar system will be a nice change of pace I agree, but im not terribly excited about the fatigue/surplus, mostly because of the drama surrounding it.

I don't care for the idea of being limited, however in practice, it's very unlikely it'll effect me as I'll probably be leveling several classes/skills anyways, and just generally probably won't hit the 8 hour mark unless it's a weekend/vacation, especially since it appears to refresh/cool down while not playing.

i think they said u can hire an npc for ur bazaar shop so u dont have to be logged in all the time , thats what they are trying to limit compared to ffxi where zones would have pure afk people outside , also the bazaars would be limited to market zones i think as well
