Where to buy RotGS?

I have an account from release, however I see no where to upgrade my account to RotGS.. all I can seem to find is to get AoC + RotGS.. and they are all saying I must make a new account to use it.

I've seen it in Best Buy & Game Stop. The package comes with both original game and expansion. You shouldn't have to create new account, but just enter the code in your account page.
just buy rotgs retail. it indeed also includes the original aoc. but you can merge the key with your existing account to add rotgs
the retail box isnt more expensive then the download version. and the retail version also includes the tortage starter kit with leveling gear and a puma pet and xp pots.
I have done this as well

but take note that you will only benefit from the first free month when you create a new account with the key

the fact that you dont like the current game director and the direction aoc is goin does not mean it is a bad expansion

Sorry my bad, if you enjoy playing Massivly Multiplayer Online Game where you can forget about Massivly part go ahead.
p..s AoC is nice game worth trying out and doing some of the content so take it as a mutliplayer game that you can spend a month or max two in it .. dont expect some long term appeal.

Actually, that was worthwhile to tell, regardless whether you agree or not.
Any tips on where to get the timecards? i called all 5 gamestops within a 40mile radius of me and each one told me they no longer carry them....
In regards to pvp i still think most mmo's haven't nailed the pvp thing down quite right. i am not a pvper by ANY means most times i avoid it like its the plague. The only 2 times i have played pvp and enjoyed it was in AO when notum wars came out and in WAR. war kind of had a perfect pvp/pve blend until you hit end game then it went all pvp.
Isnt this game free to play as of very soon? Just save your money and download and play it for free soon enough otherwise your gonna be pissed in a month or two you just dropped your cash on this crap

Best Buy sometimes has them. As for Gamestop check the website and see if any of the stores list having them. Everytime I go in and ask for one the clerks are surprised they still have them.
I would recommend buying it from the online store.. aint so bad, is it?

Here, this is the service I used when I bought ROTGS - it is cheap, fast (30 min delivery) and gives you a bunch off items that I am not sure are available with digital purchase through official aoc page. Now stop crying this thread derailed, it is a nice and civil discussion you can either join or leave it alone. And OP problem was solved.

You should not have to create another account. I am sure there is a way through https://register.ageofconan.com/account to add it as well. Though I know the usability of the site is a little lacking.
Retail probably like others said Best Buy, was in Fred Meyers the other day and they had some too.
Another place you might call is a local Half Price Books sometimes see it in there, sealed copies that is.
I did buy AOC month ago , now if i Upgrade to ROTGS do i get Free play time like i did with the AOC copy ?

Not unless you have not started playing, as the 30 days are for one account only. In other words, new accounts, yes, old accounts, no.
As you have been playing already, I would say no in your case, unless you open a new account.

If you get the digital version do you have to download a whole new client or can you simply patch the expansions if you have the original game?
Looking to give the game another shot. Though might not get the expansion for a while since I'll be starting over with a new character.
I tried all over town to buy a copy, but the only copy available was an opened copy at Gamestop. Well I don't buy opened mmo's.
I ended up getting it off of Steam. I'd rather have a physical copy, but what can you do when no one stocks it or is out of stock.
