I am totally sold on this game. The only problem is that I have a family running around the house and I was wondering if it is possible to toggle the nudity off yet.

I doubt they will ever implement a toggle. Besides it's not like everyone runs around naked all the time. I'd say you might see a naked person maybe 5-10% of your playtime. I played a few hours this evening and did not see a single naked person that I can remember.
