GMT is 1 or 2 hours behind eastern?

    wtf happened to august 31st?

  • moraelinmoraelin Member UncommonPosts: 42

Umm..so why is there a code for Open Beta? Every OB I've ever played just needs a username and password. So we have to jump through hoops to get our exp nerfed after a couple of hours?

Cry more, nothing about open beta means "hey everyone on teh internet come play our game with nothing required" so stop crying, as for teh exp if you donjt like the mechanics of a game then you dont play that game, common sense, not like exp matters anyway since its a BETA.

Apparently stating the truth in my sig is "trolling"

So if your already in closed beta do you still need to get this code or are you already set?

  • KyrocKyroc Member Posts: 70

From what I've read you will need to get a code if you were in closed beta, even if you were an alpha tester

This is great news guys.  Sounds like everyones getting a key until they "may" suspend it so basically first come first served and who knows maybe they won't even ever suspend it unless it gets to some insane number they weren't anticipating.

    Just a further update

It looks like previous testers get their key mailed to them automatically.

They have just started arriving in peoples inbox

I got an E-mail with the same announcement as the main page about the codes but I never actually got a code, are there two E-mails?

  • KyrocKyroc Member Posts: 70

Nah, the email is just saying exactly whats on the main page, so when the server comes up you should be able to log in and your code gets emailed to you.

Stupid way of doing it in my opinion, there server is gonna be bombed with people trying to get their key

Cool, so that's not a phishing email in my inbox.  I have trouble telling sometimes when SE sends me stuff.
