There are no valid service accounts

This morning i was able to add an the key and i was able to log in.  I wake up this morning and my service is no longer there but my account history shows that i had activated the service.  Anyone gettiing this issue?

    I s the service completely missing under the confirm services and options thingy?

    I'd say try entering your beta key again if it is and see what happens...if it somehow canceled the service for some reason, you should be able to re-enter it.

    edit: assuming you can get to your account, seems like the site's still down/acting wonky.

    im trying to reenter it but it tells me that it has already been used.  I can see the history stating that i have registered the key, but no service is available.

    Are you european? Did you get the second email from Enix saying that your Service acc was activated?

    If you are EU you just gotta change the link https://dev-na.ffxiv.com/ to https://dev-eu.ffxiv.com/ since you are trying to access the NA service. At least for me that worked.

    I am having the same problem, it appeared as if it was registered yesterday, and I could log in to the game, always got booted at character selection screen because of an error though.  Got up today to try and log in and it appears as if I never activated the ffxiv service.  I have a notification saying it was activated, but it doesn't appear under either activated or cancelled services.  I try to re-send the registration code to my email but I get the same one which I can't enter because it says it has already been used... try to get another code through another square enix account but they are no longer giving codes... this is pretty frustrating but I have a feeling we're pretty much out of luck.  There people in other forums having the same problem, but from the looks of it, it appears to be a very small percentage of people are actually having this problem, so I am guessing it will take them a very long time to fix, if they even fix it at all.

    poster above me thats stuck at 47.3 percent was that after you downloaded the game and then launched it and it has 2 more files to update and on first file its stuck at 47.3 percent? as for account i still see mine listed under confirm accoutn status as registered sept 2.

     

    Cant login to the beta site though.  Do we need a seperate login becuse when i use my login for squares main site it tells me on beta site invalid username/pass and if i choose register on beta site says not accepting apops..but i thought that meant no more keys being givne out..so confusing and a bit annoying.

    @arcaniusx I just read on their site that our problem is related to the 50002 error some people were getting a while back.  It said for those people the registration did not complete successfully, and to re-activate the ffxiv service with the same registration code that we got before.  The problem is, everytime we try it says the code is already in use, for obvious reasons...at least they are working on it.  I guess just keep trying to re-enter the code for now.

    I just tried talking to a support representative on chat and to make a long story short there's nothing they can do to help.  Just to save ya some time heh

    I have very little faith if the company has not setup tools to unregister a key.  What will this mean for subscriptions that are actually purchased. However, I do understand their point if they are working on a mass fix instead of a case by case fix. But at least provide some details, everything has been so cryptic up to this point.
