Beta Forums? Can't Get Into Lobby

Anyone know where the official beta forums are? I can't connect to the lobby. I keep getting an error.

    They are currently down - as is the majority of the entire SE Account system.

    They wiped 'access' for all users until they fix their server issues - think it was on the 14development twitter ; or the support center, not sure which.
