How do you change the graphics settings?

I was not able to find the settings option, I only found the in-game one but it doesn't have resolution/full screen etc. Where do you change these settings?

Its the FFXIVconfig exe.
Start Menu --> All Programs --> SQUARE ENIX --> Final Fantasy XIV Beta Version --> Final Fantasy XIV Beta Version Config
There is a second executable in the start menu listing. I think its Start / Square enix / Final fantasy 14 / in this you will find the .exe for the game, and the .exe for the configuration program.

There is a Config program that you have to launch. zits in teh same directory as the actual game launcher.

anybody else crashing after changing graphics ? I can't get past char selection anymore...

The Patch, Login and Lobby (char selection) servers are Online but all the game servers are offline, so we can't play atm.

Could use a gamma setting. Or if its there I couldnt find it. When the sun is on my side of the house the monitor gets pretty dark at night.
