Major crashing issue! PLEASE HELP!

in Final Fantasy XIV

DONT LOCK/DELETE PLEASE! REALLY NEED HELP!

So after countless hours of updating, and getting past the 94.8% issue, now im getting stuck when i bootup the game, i get a black screen and the usuall "windows has encountered a problem blah blah blah" What should i do here?? ive gone through to much effort to give up now..

help?

    Redownload and Reinstall the Client...8P

     

    Have you tried changeing the config options before running the client, should be in your menu.
