Double XP weekend?

Sorry for what might be already known to current players.  But, is there a calendar that shows when the Double XP weekends are?  I googled and found no real schedule for them, at this point I'm guessing they are totally arbitrary. I'm hoping they are not.

I just re-subbed tonight so again I apologize if this is common knowledge. I even tried the search here and just found posts about them from a month or two ago.

    As of right now its double exp till 2.0 and maybe even the weekend after 2.0 comes out.
