Can't log in to beta site?

At this point Square Enix's support team is being way too slow to answer. I recently joined in on the open beta. I made my account,added the key, and all that jazz. Then when the steps in the email tell me to go to the beta site to log in I click the link and then I get directed to a window that says Beta Site Login or something like that. I press the button add in my account information and press log in. It redirects me to another window saying, "Login process is running, if you change screens, press NEXT." I finish waiting for the page to load and then I get redirected back to the original Beta Site Login button screen again. Then I have to log in again and get redirected right back. This mean I cannot access the beta site and therefore cannot download the client to play Final Fantasy XIV. Anyone have this problem? How do I fix it before I go mad?

I was having the same problem but it finally went to the forums. I dont know what changed, but it just redirected itself finally. Now it wont recognize my account so i cant even see the forums. Square enix needs to hire some better web devs cause they really suck.
If your in Europe, use http://dev-eu.ffxiv.com not the one the in the beta email. I had the same problem.

I am usually able to get to the beta site by doing the following.
In the upper right corner of the beta site's page are three buttons. One of them is Member's. Open that in a new tab and sign up for membership using the same username and password. Once you've done that, log in to that site.
Go back to the beta test site page in your other tab and log in. This has worked for me the two times I've done it.
But that's not much help when today's latest patch hangs at 94.6%.
Didn't work for me...i'm so sick of waiting, is there anywhere else I could download from?
There's an irritating message on the beta site that makes it appear you haven't been allowed on even though you have logged in. It appears to be caused by the fact that they disabled the forums for open beta by not passing through registered IDs and the forum manager is putting out a message that says something about an invalid user id or account. But you are really logged in.
Just look above that invalid account message and you should see a link that says "FINAL FANTASY XIV Beta Test Site". Click that and it will give you the menu for the beta site.
No that's the problem, I will log in and it will take me to that menu. Over and over again, so I can't ever even see the beta test website.
If you are EU based then you need to use the eu beta test site link.
The one SE send in the email is the NA link.. Epic mistake by them.
try logging in with: https://dev-eu.ffxiv.com/

Once you do get into the site make sure you set your alias profile so that it is representative of your account. Until you do this it will pick up a random name.

I'm from NA though and i'm using the NA link, but theres no luck.
any direct link to the forums or something? i need the download or my heads going to explode >.>
