its funny that only a few days ago these forums were overflwoing with comments, hate, love you name it it was here. but sudenly its gotten quiet. its a little odd, the hype meter still is on the rise but the forums are quiet. have we already talked everything out so there is nothing else to say? are we just out of information? or have we gotten bored of the game already, before its even out(not me)? you tell me, my best is a combo of the first and second.
surely there is more to be said, like posible wanted features. i just find it weird and funny that on the site where the hype of a game is higher then any other and its one of the only ones not being talked about (albiet FFXIV is in ob)
or is it just breaktime :P. i thoguht for sure that the peoples favorite to win(win what? the... hype award i guess) would create almost constant chatter. new people asking questions or whatnot. tell me whats happening, im just confused at the suddeness of the quietness after pax.

I'm sure after the release of FFIV that the GW Forum will be full of constant arguements soon enough

FF is in OB and TOR released some new info, which is taking up everyones hating and ranting time.

QFT and there has not been much new GW2 info since PAX and that was similar to the gamescom reveal.
Wait till the MMORPG staff finish their PAX summary. Will spice up some new impressions.
The number of posts for a game like this go up either if they release something new or if someone starts a flamewar. Neither has happened for the last week, there is just a limited number of things you can discuss with the current information.
Wait until they release a vid about the mist, that will probably be the top before release.
By the speed the hype bar raises people must be making alts all day long giving 10 to GW2:D
Anyway I think its because there is actually almost no new piece of info since GC ....now we all wait for devs to get relaxed after conventions and reveal the fifth proffession we all w8ing for (MMMMEEEEESMEEERRRR!!!!) :P
I think I actually spent way more time reading and theorycrafting about MMOs than playing them
nothing of the sort, every sensible guild wars 2 fan has moved on to this beautiful place called Guildwars2guru.com
We even get some dev posts now and then

¨Well not so after the demo...the place is now filled with all those *concerns* which frankly. piss me off like nothing else....its like people dont appreciate the game and all they do is looking for some completely irelevant flaws
Its like: hey Im concerned about the health ball, Im concerned about this being different from GW1, I have concern about the pots, Im scared about the fear, im scared about the community, Im scared cause Im scared, I scared of balance- really boils my blood...concerns are hitting me there for over 9,000....but still much better than here tho:D (and better than on any SWTOR and FFXIV forums:D:D)

I agree with that, but those posts get stamped to the ground pretty fast.

because GW2 do alot of things different there is alot of work to do, exsplaining whats going on when wawes of new people jumps in after each batch of news. It does also have the possitive side effect that trolling and flaming often are meet with wawe after wave off info and facts. so lets enjoy its quite for a little while.
about guru! I really like it there. But imho it can get to possitive and unreflected there. A potion of solid scepsis can be good for grounding once in a while. I often get that here.
Meh I don't mind the "concerns" that is of the main purposes why the forums exist, any critisms that could make gw2 a better game should welcomed regardless how small they are. Besides that place is so much better than swtor or ffxiv forums it's untrue... sure you get trolls but no where near the degree as the other two, it doesn't seem like hostile place...

Yeah, fansites are a lovely place.
And if you accidently lose your confession and post about it, then there are usually several souls who bring you back on the right track. "It is not the game, it is you!"
I think everyone is just waiting in anticipation of the really good stuff they should be telling us soon..
That should definately be changed, since it seems like they are all on every other forum. :P
