Apparently, those who have only participated in Open Beta cannot access the official Square Enix Beta Support forums to post feedback and suggestions. I actually clicked on the support desk menu option in-game and found some info which some of us know and others do not.

For those testers that have been asked to send feedback, opions or suggestions, please submit them through the Final Fantasy XIV Beta Test Site. Other testers, including those that have joined during the Final Fantasy XIV Open Beta Test, submission of feedback through the Final Fantasy XIV Beta Test Site is unavailable. Those testers should submit their feedback through the Square Enix Support Center."

I know there are plenty of people who should send some constructive feedback to the support center. It can't hurt right?
I mean, I am enjoying this game, but it hasn't stopped me from sending in some feedback regarding some of the frustrations I've had with systems and mechanics.
Anyway, sorry if this has been discussed already. This forum is very heated at the moment and I think that instead of some of the in-fighting that is going on, we should direct our critiques and concerns to the area they might actually make a difference.

I submitted some feedback - had about 12 things on the list.
I too feel like Final Fantasy has a very wonderful world and am enjoying my time (I was considering cancelling in closed beta, but the open beta client left me impressed) - but it could be so much better with some interface improvements, and a few changes to the game that won't effect it's identity as Final Fantasy, but just improve the experience all around.
Thank you for that tidbit of information. I guess I can tear up my snail-mail letters that I have piling up by the door. The mailing cost for sending those to Japan was getting to be pretty expensive...

I was playing on an open beta earlier today (not FF XIV) and couldn't figure out for the life of me how to send in constructive feedback. Nor was it mentioned in the registration/email/etc.
Thought that was the whole purpose of a beta - to test the servers, and to get essential interaction between the community and the developers.
Beta testers please aid me in my letter here by pointing out things that I might have missed:

Yeah, it just seems like the appropriate avenue for channeling some of this frustration wasn't known to a lot of peeps. Here on these forums is fine, but as you can see by some of the threads, it get's a bit ugly.
That hate train can get really long sometimes :P
I've sent feedback concerning my UI nitpicks and my issues/thoughts conerning the bazaar system (no need to get into them here). However, I really am enjoying this game. I do wish people would talk a little more on the server. I'll be sitting at a Aetheryte and it'll be dead quiet even though I'm surrounded by characters!
Ah well, glad the info is helpful and I'm very excited for release day! I can't wait to tear open my CE and get grindin' !
