I'm lost at the guild-leve system.

in Final Fantasy XIV

I understand how to activate and complete guildleves.

However for the life of me, I don't understand how to get more battleleves after I've completed a set for an area.  How do I get another set for that area?  Is it a time-limit?  Every time I talk to the leve person I'm told "There are no more for that area"

    48 hours until a new set rotates in i believe.

    Strangely, i've had a new set appear less than even 24 hours real time, not sure why.
