Where to preorder in scandinavia ?

Anyone know where to preorder for the scandinavian countries ?

    They don't sell collectors it in my country as well. Well, they do, but the only shop I found to sell it does so for 97$...

    So I simply preordered it online. You can choose any online shop, I went with shop, it cost me about 65$ all in all and they promise that you will get it on 22nd (even though they added a couple of lines that they can't take the blame for our local postal services).
