Level 7? or so, Dwares of Needlehole. Starts in Michael Devling with the Mayor's Assistance wanting you to get some money back. After a couple of Needlehole quests you'll get a group instance mission. It's pretty much impossible to do at or just below level and the quest giver tells you to get a group together. With 2 it's not overly hard and it's a fun little wrap up.
Other that I remember is in the epic book quest out in the Midgewater Marsh (after Bree - before Lorelands) where you have to escort a Ranger through a 'sewer' for lack of a better description.
After that at lvl 20 you can start doing Skirmishes which scale up with group size and levels. Accidently did one with my son (both of us in our early 30's) and he hit the lvl 65 setting for it. Difficult is not the word I'd use, but after many, many deaths and some totally trashed gear we fought through to the end guy and never could win it, but MAN did we have some FUN!!!
SWG (pre-cu) - AoC (pre-f2p) - PotBS (pre-boarder) - DDO - LotRO (pre-f2p) - STO (pre-f2p) - GnH (beta tester) - SWTOR - Neverwinter
Yes at level 20 you have skirmishes you can do solo or in a 2, 3, 6, or 12 man group. The new clasic Great Barrows instances start at level 22 and those are 6 man. Besides these most other things are solo untill you reach around level 30 then there will be more instances and group quests to do.
You begin getting quests designed for groups explicitly at around level 8 or so (I think a dwarven or Shire quest line) and GB is around level twenty for an instance.
but yeah, to call this game Fantastic is like calling Twilight the Godfather of vampire movies....
