If this is the armor they have ingame, this game is going to be beast. Anyone know what the armor will look like?:D Somethinglikethis?

Maybe if I could get a bigger picture? It might look something like that, but it's just concept art, so don't get your hopes up too too high.
You'd be surprised in how many ways GW2 got their concept art used in the game...
Seem to me that these are NPC, the lowest row 2nd from the left (burning armor) is an ingame construction of giant sizes.
Best MMO experiences : EQ(PvE), DAoC(PvP), WoW(total package) LOTRO (worldfeel) GW2 (Artstyle and animations and worlddesign) SWTOR (Story immersion) TSW (story) ESO (character advancement)
They did say that as good as anything you see a NPC wear is possible to get and I doubt they are doing that much concept art without using it even if some details might wary on the armor when it is done.

Not all of this is player armour
-There's armour probably availabe only for npc's (Logan Thackeray,Nighmare court,etc..)
-There's concept art for the original GW(Shining blade/white mantle,dhuum,etc..)
-There's non-armour in there(Construct,Golem)
But yeah, I'd say a good portion of the rest will probably look pretty good in game
Some of those, if not most of them, are NPCs or mobs. I doubt many of those aren't "wearable".

on the other hand they have stated that nearly every thing you see an npc wear , you will be able to wear !

they did say that in one of the videos. i cant remeber which tho. but remeber its only "nearly" all that he said.

That's dhuum from GWI, scythes are confirmed to not be usable weapon(at least not for the player)
some of the outfits you see on picture can be seen in guild wars 1 too

One-Handed: Axe, dagger, mace, pistol, scepter, and sword.
Two-Handed: Greatsword, hammer, longbow, rifle, shortbow, and staff.
Offhand only: Focus, shield, torch, and warhorn
It's just concept art... it's already been confirmed that there are no scythes.. by ArenaNet confirming a list of weapons. Anyway...
Guild Wars always had the best armor of any MMO(ish) game I've played. I really like how everything was part of a set... and I liked how each profession had their own style (which I know is changing for GW2) but the armor still seems to pretty inspiring.
most pictures you posted there are not even part of the playable races.
