Decided to return to AoC and take another look after having a couple of months when first released. Wife re installed and went to reactivate account, struggled to remember old account details... then thought she had remembered and followed account links only to find she had re activated her long dead Anarchy online account. Now trying to get the subscription swapped,have contacted customer support by email some days ago now, not hours. Four emails later and not a word back or an acknowledgement. This seems very poor, is there a working customer support at all?
Not bothering re opening my subscription, i thought some effort had been put in to resolve the disaster that was first released. Ah well... back to Aion.

No offence pal but HOW ON EARTH could your wife re-activate ANARCHY online instead of AoC? I mean Funcom's site has TWO DIFFERENT tabs/pages for each of these games/accounts.If you choose Anarchy, you go to black page that says on top with big letters ANARCHY ONLINE +logo .If you choose Age of conan you go to a nice beige/yellow page that says AGE OF CONAN plus Logo. I think game accounts is a man's job after all..... ^ ^
She thought she had remembered her account name and password......which took her to a renew subscription screen, filled out details then found out after she tried to log in that it was for anarchy.
It is strange that they have not gotten back in touch with you, as they are normally prompt when dealing with new subs (or re-activation), for obivious reasons.
Maybe Famine who frequents these forums may assist you get a speedy result.
