Any info on housing ?

in Final Fantasy XIV

Just wondering if someone has information on housin in game, is it like ffxi or something better ?

    a) There will be housing

    b) It should be somehow linked with the Linkshells.

    Using LOL is like saying "my argument sucks but I still want to disagree".
