Palit GTX 460 1gb for ff14. Is Palit a good company?

So my local store doesnt have EVGA or Asus in stock because I think thy bought too much stock of the inferior EVGA 768mb GTX460's and they want to move them. Thats how I ended up with one, and then my frind told me to take it back, which Im doing today.

So the store does show it has stock of Palit and MSI , you can see their stock here http://www.canadacomputers.com/advanced_search_result.php?keywords=gtx+460&sid=pglairr8ve3iie5amhftu6d466&x=0&y=0 . You have to clikc on the produc to see tock for Waterloo.

Anywho I was wondering if there is an issue with choosing the Palit GTX460 which also has a little less MHZ. Or the overclocked MSI. But the interwebs are less in favour of MSI then of Palit.

Your opinions would be really helpful.

I played CB with an EVGA GTX460 SC 786Mb. The card performed very well and (I think) never really used the whole memory available. The fan didn't go crazy either, so I guess no heath problems as well...

I think a 1Gb GTX460 (whatever the manufacturer) will be good to play FFXIV...

I've used PNY cards for a while now and they work well

If you have the ability to go for the 470, PNY has a lifetime warranty

I don't like the size of the cards because they made them way too big. You'll barely fit a GTX 400 series card in the standard size case. I had to reposition my hard drive just so it can fit.

Palit raised their warranty to 2 years (use to be 1)  so I decided to go for it.
