I loved the graphic's the game play. The the abyss was frustrating at times with uber lag during mass battle's. The economy was pretty outrageouse. The support was the biggest one for me. Has the game improved at all and I see the expansion. It looks inviting.

The Asmos are catching up. Balance is improving quickly. They are doing fine now except maybe on Zikel. They are still the underdogs though. They are coming up from behind but at least they aren't getting rolled.
I don't know about the lag, I haven't had any trouble lately but that probably depends on your computer.
The economy is settling down. There are more people on each server so averages are kicking in more, fewer spikes. Also, on stigmas, you can now buy all the sigmas from a vendor. They are pretty expensive but it does force a maximum price for these items on the market.
Bots and spammers are pretty much gone. Rifters got nerfed so ganking in the leveling zones is way down. There are more quests, more repeatable quests. Some of the campaign quests now have soloing options. Two solo instances at about lvl 20 and lvl 40. Drop rates are up, proc rates are up. Mobs give more exp and kinah, quests give more exp. Overall the game has been widely improved. It is however still essentially the same game though. The curve has been adjusted but it hasn't been wholesale switched over to easy mode.
I came back several weeks ago and have been enjoying it alot.
Is it really getting better? I mean I loved that game but it was so hard to level when I left it just wasn't worth it, not to mention the economy was like a slap in the face.
I was going to play it until GW2 came out but I heard the unbalanced sides was very bad and messed the game up, but if it is really gettting much better then I may re-think it.
I will say this since I reloaded the game I have exp. uber Support issues. they are either overwhelmed , understaffed,ect ect. I called support message stated that they were shut down. They have an expansion out and no support ? this really does't make me feel like hey COMEBACK PLAY.. lol... wth is realy going on ?

well i know when i played ingame support wasn't 24/7 believe it was from 10pm to 7am no support. and seeing how the time from your post saying how viking info was a great help to this post complaining is only 12 hour difference, doesn't seem like very much time to jump to the conclusion of "uber support issues".
very very few times in any major MMO did i ever get a response to an issue the same day even. with Aion i did get replies back to my problems within 24 hours as viking did tho. if you want insta support the only game i know of remotely like that was Fallen Earth, not sure if its still like that since the staff cut awhile back but when i played it was nothing to see 4 GMs in the help channel all at once chatting it up with us and helping people that needed it.

Wow sounds like it has changed quite a bit ty for the info Viking.

I opened a support ticket two days ago and it got dealt with in 24 hrs. But I didn't call them, I simply opened a ticket on their support website.

Well I almost never need to ask for support so thats not a big issue, all I want to know is if the games even worth picking up again??
