A nice little article that discusses a variety of MMOs available in the market today and those that are yet to come. They even have a small page on games that didn't make it. a decent read.

I saw this list last week its okay. Cep't why are they mostly P2Ps and why is the first guildwars still on the list??? shoudnt the second be the one there and hellgate LOL!
I agree with most of the games being P2P because F2P games tend to be more expensive than P2P games. Also, based from experience, there are lots of players in F2P games, including gold sellers and botters.
That's a good list of games.
If someone wanted to get into this genre going down that list is the way to go imo.
Kind of confusing that they added a few dead games though.
Playing: Rift, LotRO
Waiting on: GW2, BP
That's a big list of games. The one paragraph description works well for games that are older and well known but I think it could have been just a bit more informative. It certainly doesn't make me want to run out and buy anything I saw on the list. They should have cut out the dead games and wrote a little bit more about the ones that are live and pending.
That's true but it is enough to download a trail of those games and give em a shot.

Interesting list that gives a good short idea about the game
...only one problem...
What if someone played all on the list? I guess most of us around here did. I know I did, except for one - Champions Online, and I'm not gonna try that one
I was a bit disappointed about the article. When I read it I thought it would contain something like a mini-flash game or questionnaire which then presents you in the end the three MMO's you'd enjoy most.
Let's play Fallen Earth (blind, 300 episodes)
Let's play Guild Wars 2 (blind, 45 episodes)
