Ive got an old account that's about br19

If i resubscribed would i be able to display badges that woulda accumelated from earlier?

    I belive everything you have done before you canceled your account will carry over, so I suppose that is a yes, correct me if I am wrong.

    Yep, the kills only count from when the system went in.
    Apparently the older ones are stored, but not in the format that can be used.
    But if the account is still live (even if inactive) you should still get the long term service award if you rejoin :)
