Yes clean slate however....... beta testers/preorders get to log on either 48 or 24 hours before hte rest of the masses do.... in a very short run this is a nice advantage ! thats plenty of itme to get to LA and reach lvl 15 for an experianced player. On top of that we can potentially get better dropps faster giving us a slight economic advantage so at least a day or so lol.
Yeah, 48-24 hours is a huge advantage... combining that with their already gained experience with the game I doubt any new players will come even close to interacting with them until end game, as long as they stay active and lead the pack.
I understand that we will be getting access early, but my question is simple; How are we possibly going to get access taht early when most places don't have the games on the shelf or stocked until the 28th? Not only do you have to reactivate your account with the new serial key, but you've got to wait until you get the retail box with the code inside it. Understand what I'm saying? I'm confused, and am just asking for some input from you guys to help me better understand how this is going to work out.
yeah i totlay understand what ur saying i was wondering about that myself... if any 1 can explain to us how its gonna work ill appricate it TY.
There are 2 facts i want to share with u: 1) Doesnt matter how hard u try, u cant lick ur ellbow. 2) 90% of the people who read it try to lick thier ellbows :P
Gaile had said in one interview that the Beta key will work all day on the 27th and 28th. The retail key is suppose to start working on the 28th. My local EB and Game Stop both told me they will have the game on the shelves on the 26th for me to pickup.
They actually added new PvP ready made characters in honor of the top 10 guilds on the ladder at the end of the BWE.
Hmm i wonder if they will let me pick it up on the 26th seeing how i preordered it at EB, that would be cool. I member i got D2: LOD the day before it came out and still got to play it all night
if you're a member at EB or Game stop, they gonna call you or e-mail you like a day before the realease, which is the 26th for Game Stop, therefor, the 27th is when the game opens, people who didn't pre-order will not be able to play until the 28th, one day advantage for the pre-orderes one.
I just got off the phone with Gamestop a couple of hours ago, and my friend that works there said he's gonna grab us our retail copies of the game on the 24th . I must say one thing about you my friend...and you know who you are...I bow down to thee!!!
