The official DC Universe Online Facebook page has been updated with the latest "Inside the Studio" video where Game Director Chris Cao and Creative Director Jens Andersen take on questions from fans. This time, the pair answer questions about how powers/abilities progress throughout the game, character creation, street clothes vs hero gear, origin stories and more. The video comes in at 12+ minutes and is worth a look!

    Anyone else a bit disappointed with that vid? It really didn't tell us anything new at all.

    Really need more character creation details.  I suspect that marketing is holding the info back.

    Oy Vey! Another one of these redundant videos that offers us nothing new apart from their exaggerated optimism that knows no bounds.

    Show us gameplay footage, ffs. Let the game speak for itself.

    This video was released last week, so this site has quite a bit of lag in terms of information on DCUO.  We have not heard about Beta yet though,  and these developer Q&As seem to be a bit nitpicky on what they choose to talk about and what they don't.  They answer some of the questions,  but I know there are a lot of questions out there that people would like answered that they aren't even really addressing.  

     

     

    MMORPG STAFF:  Is there a possibility you guys will have a chance to interview the developers anytime soon,   maybe at NYCC?  If so,  maybe we can get some questions from the community to ask them?

    At this point I'm just going to assume their game is unfinished and subpar. Since they give us the same information over and over and over.

    Maybe there is a reason why they don't go into details. They probably just want to surprise us with a fantastic game! I do hope that they will at least tell us what everyone is dying to know....If they're going to include mr mxy in it.

    I hope this game is awesome, but in the meantime I'd like to thank the first few posters in this thread for saving me the 12 mins that would've been wasted had I watched the vid.
