can any one  tell me about the exact time for FFXIV Official Release?

     Convert the time for the JP launch into US or EU time zone and you'll have it.

    Yes you can get on.  Servers have been up for a while now.

    Sometime tomorrow evening I believe, if your buying the SE copies. although you can probably log in as soon as you've setup your account/client.

    CE's are already in, but I assume OP is talking about those getting the standard copy.

    Its lunch time on 30th in Japan now, if you bought a copy of the SE, you can now get in
