Looking for place to grind solo at rank 16

Well, group grinding seems like it's the way to go in this game, but the problem is no one is readily available most of the time. I was curious to see if there were any good solo spots at this rank.

Head West into the tunnel and out the other side. 3 of us around level 9-11 was going through moles and flies pretty good, couple of oops' but...

Gridania. all the way to the east of map. Very good spot for lvling up.
Heso o kamedomo oyobanu -- Don't cut off your nose to spite your face.
South of Camp Dry Bone in Ul'Dah (sp?) is a good area to grind solo on dodos. I'm rank 16 and the dodos in that area range from blue to orange with the majority being in the green to yellow range. Been averaging 300+ axe skill points grinding on the dodos in that area. The low level mobs in that area are also good for farming crystals and shards.

Yup, if you're in Ul'dah that place would be nice for grinding. Between Camp Drybone and Camp Broken Water.
