Cant seem to login can anyone help?

in Aion

Hi a very generous person gifted me a trial key so I could play aion until level 7. I download and fire up the game and try to login with the aion account I created and when I hit enter for it to log me in the screen freezes and it wont show a mouse in the aion client windows forcing me to alt+ctrl+del out of the game. Is this corruption of a file or the game server itself? Can someone help me?

    i just got in, no problem, maybe its your ISP, reboot.

    Check your video card drivers too..

    I tried again and when I put the stuff in the OK button just freezes but the 3D motion of the spinning object or whatever in the backround continues moving.
