I'd have to say that Dwarf Fortress has given me the most laughs. In part because it's not trying to be funny. it's just such a complex game, that some of the stuff that can, and does, happen is just very amusing.

For example, while playing in adventure mode, a player has killed a bronze titan by throwing a fluffy wamber -- a rabbit -- and getting an extremely lucky shot that happened to decapitate the bronze titan with said 'projectile'.

There's also a story of a dwarf getting a 'strange mood' to create an artifact made out of bone. Not finding any bone in the immediate area, said dwarf promptly murdered one of his friends, took his bones, and used them to make an artifact. The murder upset everyone else, particularly the victim's wife, who picked up the artifact and proceeded to beat the offending dward to death with it.

Then there's all the other ridiculous things you can do, such as creating elaborate mechanisms and traps to ward off invaders -- or tree hugging elven merchants who constantly whine about you cutting down trees. Flooding a room with water, or even more fun, magma, means good times for all.

I don't know if you know this game but for me this is the funniest game that I have played. It's called transformice. It's an online multiplayer flash game where you need to get a cheese and return to your hole. But it's not as easy as it sounds because there is a twist. There are obstacles and there is a shaman mouse which can help you or kill you.

HANDS DOWN for me it was Conker's Bad Fur Day, that game was just sooooo wrong lol it was for N64 wich after playing it was hard to believe, always looked at Nintendo as for kids..till this game. wich was i believe exclusive to the system.it was specially odd because by looking at the cartoony characters on the cover it looked like a lil kids game. room mate at the time was a manager of an EB and the Nintendo guy gave him a free copy of the beta to take home.

single player was pretty funny as it was, DEFFINITLY childish toilet humor, but couldn't help but laugh.

like the one Boss was like a dog i believe, made of fire, and to beat him there was serveral giant kegs of beer all around the room. you'd run up to a keg and chug till you was drunk. it also had alot of bugs bunny road runner animations, like when you got drunk it showed a close up of your eyes and showed fill lines on them. THEN once good and sloppy you had to chase the fire dog boss, wich was very hard to do because the controls and screen got all wonky since you're drunk, and you had to PEE on the boss to defeat (put him out).

another Boss was a dung beetle and would roll balls of poop down a ramp at you donkey kong style lol

but where the game shined was the multi player, we'd have friends over all the time get some beers and we'd take turns on the 4 player mode.it had serveral 4 player games but the one we had the most fun was called Beach.

Beach: The player controls either the Frenchies or the Tediz. As the Frenchies, the player must guide a French refugee up through the beach and into a waiting escape vehicle without getting killed by the Tediz. The Tediz fire down on the Frenchies from three different fixed positions located above the escape vehicles, utilizing either a sniper rifle, a bazooka, or a mounted machine gun in order to prevent the refugee's evacuation. The Frenchies are unarmed, but can retaliate by setting off a detonator switch, blowing up the Tediz who are preventing their escape and giving them a window of time to make the beach run uncontested. Though in any case, as the Sergeant, who has gotten the Frenchies to the beach, warns in the intro cutscene, within several seconds, if one of the Frenchies does not get killed by the Tediz or escape, they will be instantly killed by an off-map laser weapon, thus forcing Frenchies to move quickly and not wait too long. Frenchies score points both for kills (with the detonator) and by escaping, while Tediz score by killing Frenchies.

god we had so much fun on that one lol and when they got shot it was a gory mess.i ALWAYS used the sniper its just plain fun :)

another fun one was the Heist

Heist : This involves a parody of Reservoir Dogs in the intro. Four teams (either two per team or one player each, depending on how the game is set up)--Red, Blue, Green, and Yellow—all take place in the robbing of the Feral Reserve Bank. The objective is to retrieve cash bags from the center of the level and run it all the way back to their corresponding vault without being damaged (in which case they lose the bag and it returns to the center).  one of the funniest part of this one was if you ended up in the bathroom you put your weapon away and run around trying to piss on each other to kill them wich the games almost always ended up in there lol

lots more to the game just wiki link the rest

Wizard 101, a kids game but not bad at all, has some of the most entertaining NPC voices, and what they say is hilarious. It's all ultra-PG, too, but very funny.

    Warms, Monkey Island, and Carmagedon.

Well Carmagedon wasnt funny, but it was fun as hell :)

City of Heroes/villians, I always burst out laughing when I send a guy flying and he dies with his crotch stuck on a fence or a Stair rail, it never gets old. I also took sick pleasure in watching idiots get killed for doing stupid stuff :P. Namely blasters when they try to run in a nova a pack of +4 purples, and then die before even getting in range to set it off XD. GTA Vice City also was a fun one, me and my cousin would have contests where we'd get the highest wanted raiting then see how long we can live, was fun times smashing everything in sight XD. the Rock-it Launcher in fallout 3 was also halarious, nothing like blowing a guys head off with a teddy bear projectile.

"An MMORPG could be completely diffirent from WoW. Just look at games like Dofus, Wizard101 or EVE. But as it is, most of the Western MMOs are trying to succeed by out-WoWing WoW. It's like an army of 10 sports games made about same sports, and barely none about other sports. WoW clone is an accurate description of those games, it manages to convey much information with only two words."

Fallout 1.  Dark humor, sex, groin shots.  And more.

"I have only two out of my company and 20 out of some other company. We need support, but it is almost suicide to try to get it here as we are swept by machine gun fire and a constant barrage is on us. I have no one on my left and only a few on my right. I will hold." There was a sort of bootleg game on the SNES called The Rape Game.. basically you had to wiggle the joystick until your character (in whatever scenario they were in) reached sexual climax. God, we were young.. but me and my mate cryed with laughter when we came across it.

    Seriously.. this game was real.

Oh, and theme hospital! When everyone in the hospital started puking at the same time and there was puke everywhere. That was a funny game moment, sometimes it went on for about 15 minutes.

    Hell yes.

Also, like someone else said - The Neverhood. It's the only game I own the soundtrack for!

I'm so glad to see other people have experienced these masterpieces.

I found that Moneky Island series and Discworld games gave me alot of chuckels and sometimes even a loud laugh due to thier weirdness..

If it's not broken, you are not innovating.
