is there any other games out there right now that have good PvE / good PvP (Ranked)
More or less all of them are Wow like. Here is a few good ones:
EQ 2: Good crafting, massive content. Not that great PvP.
LOTRO: Nice graphics, good story. Really bad PvP.
AoC: Best looking MMO still (FF XIV might be considered better, but stay away from that 6 months), nice combat.
Runes of magic: F2P rippoff of Wow with housing, dual classes and surprisingly much content.
Try a free trial of AoC, it is not that bad and have ranked PvP that is pretty nice and some really good dungeons. A lot of ganking on the PvP servers however but you can still PvP in certain zones, sieges and minigames on a PvE server too.
Guildwars 2 that will release within the next year will most likely blow all these games away in PvP and possibly in PvE too. Keep your eye out on that one...

Yeah , Runes of Magic is pretty much same as wow.
I know lot of people compare Allods to WoW, but I played it, and I can say that Allods got pritty much its own style and gameplay.

If you want a game similar to wow..just stick to wow...all others compared to it are terrible...
Requiem Online is very much like WoW. And it has better graphics too.
