Crash at 'Initializing Metro World'

Hey all, I have a recurring crash whenever I get to the loading screen and it says 'Initializing Metro World'.
I was wondering if anyone else had had this problem and knows a workaround. I would really like to create a character and start playing =/
I sent a petition yesterday, but haven't got a response yet. Has anyone else had a similar problem?

As I said millions of times theres really no point bringing technical issues to this board. Thats why they have a support site.

The first thing to try is to do a full system check on the game launcher (incase any files became corrupted). If it still recurs, sometimes defragging your computer will help. If neither works then follow through with the petition. You will have to send in various files (your patch log, directx diag files, and on and on).
I have the same problem and i have to re-install the game to get 1 login into it.I have sent in petitions and they tell u to go to a my stuff folder WHICH DOESNT EXIST.then if u reply to then they dont respond.If they dont fix this soon im leavin so if any of you can help please do.
lol, it does exist. did you ever look at the website? it says "my folder" on a tab. you probably figured that one out.
but i had the same problem, but guess what? me being the smart player decided it wasnt worth it and made a character on a different server. it works now, and i play all the time. if you dont want to switch to another instance of the matrix, then you probably dont enjoy the game enough.
