went into closed beta in april then havent heard much at all since.

Beta testers are probably locked down by a NDA, but I'm not sure.
yea i figured that. wasnt really looking for leaked info or the such.

Yeah I checked out some things on the game long ago and never heard anything. Forgot about it completely. Sebali you going to be playing this game when it releases? Read your PM.

As a CB player, I can confirm this.
You know, Jumpgate Evolution started a closed beta process in 2008 or so, then went silent for a long while, and then announced a huge revamp of their design and game plan (along with more delays).
I hope that's not going to happen here. I am eagerly awaiting BP.

Are they redesigning or did the financecrisis take them down?
Nothing happened here. It just seems to be a very good case of good management and loyal testers. The game had 300 beta testers until September 15th which was the date the invited more to it. Seems to be going forward.
BP is a very good example on how a NDA closed beta testing should be. Beta testers are behaving superb and they respect the agreement.
