Earthrise: Burzuns & Leapers Revealed

Masthead Studios has revealed a pair of creatures that players will face off against in its futuristic MMO, Earthrise. Burzuns move about in packs and are voracious predators that tend to prey on the unwary lone traveler. Leapers ape-like mutants that prefer to ambush their prey from trees and bushes.
Like most species on Enterra, Leapers are remarkably adaptive and have notoriously proven to be challenging to exterminate. They also tend to be obnoxiously vengeful, and if a member is killed, the entire pack often sets out to hunt down the killer. The Leapers are also cunning hunters with complex social structure. In combat, Leapers can be extremely dangerous due to their agility and the force hidden in their knotty limbs - used in wide, raging swipes of their sharp claws.

Yeah, Masthead is really good at spamming around with pictures the last few weeks.
Unfortunately these pictures don't tell anything about the gameplay, which is what most people are interested in at this point with a still announced release of Q4 2010.

i think MHS should just stop with their effort on giving away Screenshots, thinking that at this point around, the fans would be more interested in an actual video gameplay or at least a Beta date
after a 2nd thought, at least we know that these creatures will have behaviours, it's nice to see a mobs that has one, and it's rarely to be seen on other MMOs these days
most of them are often just stand in 1 place and does nothing, this might actually be good ! making adventuring in Enterra more challenging
So What Now?
Those are planned behaviours. At the moment it's just text. I have seen lots of mmos which could describe amazing things in text but the reality was much different. A gameplay video of these creatures in action would have been threadworthy, more lame screenshots isn't.
They better should reveal the PvP trailer they wanted to release a half year ago!!

wow, the first Bulgarian MMO, and its getting _THAT_ much of a hype ... sweet ;D im proud...
i just hope they adopt the model of Turbine - LoTRO and DDO, so everyone can play

Stop the screenshots already..anyone can do those cartoons in photoshop..
Show gameplay videos, show skills, combat, crafting...if there arent any then change release date to 2013 because with the inexistent info about this game that means the game is far from ready...
If its not ready then its another failure....why??
Because 2011 brings some big games to the market..and indy games like this in pre alfa stage have no chance, stop making half baked mmorpgs.
Show us something already or just go back to the studio, finish the game and in 3 years come and show what you have done.
