what one would you think you would want to have when it come out ps3 or xbox 2?

both of those consoles are non-existant

it's the Xbox 360 and no word on the next sony console

I don't know any technical information about any of them. Do you?

If you know something, could you please post them so we can make up our mind?

Personally I think "Nintendo 5" will be better, it s not even being dreamed of, but who cares? I like the logo................

Both, whatever the name...as long as they dont come at exactly the same moment in time, I will want the 2 best consoles(so if Nintendo beat 1 it will be the new whatever Nintendo console and the other best choice, but Gamecube lack a big time).

I may wait for the prices to drop however, I aint going to pay huge $ for a console(remember the Xbox initial price? There is no way cheap me is gonna pay such a high price, I will wait for it to drop to 4 days of work or less)

I wont buy them in half a year distance of buying a new computer, I think next computer will be early 2007...yet, this is subject to adjustement(I usually buy new computer for a game...current computer was build to meet EQ2 specs even if I know I would not stick to EQ2 at buying time...run CoH pretty well and any game I enjoy). My old computer was unable to run FF XI, and FF XI was not worthy of a new computer IMO, yet for EQ2 coming and trying CoH...Square did lose a customer for good however for online purpose...I am angry to have been unable to play FF XI and actually been able to waste my CD key and trial period with my old computer...FF products if online can rot.

Well both have given me good experiences but by far i really do appreciate XBOX, i've made great friends off of XBOX live and it's probably the best online experience i've ever had.

only reason why people like Xbox is because of Halo.... ((i mean... seriously... if it wasnt for the Halo Series, PS2 would be god of all cousels...))

I don't like halo i actually got it for fable but then later on bioware made KoTor and that just got me hook because of its greatness then jade empire came along and the online experience is THE best.

I'd bet that alot of those Xbox owners just bought Xbox because of a certain game or 2. Now, on the other hand, PS2 owners just buy it because it's just that godly ::::02::

I voted PS3, just because from what I have seen the PS3's chip and graphics is better than the Xbox 360.

The consoles aren't far enough in on the developemnt to rate them by graphics

I'll have to vote for Both, beause they are both going to kick ass, and cost around $50 a month in power!(Pure guesstimation/Joke, not fact) lol

I have heard that Sony is planning on revielling a preview of the PS3 by the end of 2005. It is said to have a duel disc tray instead the the single disc tray like the previous PS1 and PS2.

I don't see how any PC gamer would want the XBOX, its basically a PC, and the live stuff is the same as just MP games on PC.

I play PS for console games and PC for non-console games, XBOX just has too much port mentality and most of the games end up here anyways or started here in the first place. The trend will likely follow to the xbox2

Hehe I laughed so hard when I heared that Fable would come out on the PC. It will be longer, prettier and will have new armor, spells and weapons. This is the exact reason not to buy a Xbox. Every good exclusive game that is on the Xbox will also be on the PC. (Which actually really only are Fable and Halo ::::31:: ) Only game I can come up with that's good and only for Xbox is Ninja Gaiden and maybe Dead or Alive Ultimate.

PS2... well... Devil May Cry 3 looks pretty cool... What? Final Fantasy? Yea right... since FF7 it hasn't been that good. Not good enough to buy a PS2 for that. GT4 is GT3 with better graphics (so I read in reviews) and then what's left? There's Tekken... pretty good fighting games so far(Tekken 4 wasn't though =S. Hoping T5 will be better). But this game is nothing compared too....

::::24:: Super Smash Brothers Melee The king of multiplayer fighting fun. I still play this game every weekend with friends and we still don't get bored by it. Cause lets face it, games can be fun solo but are tons more fun with more people( And I don't mean online then). Other reasons to buy a Gamecube are the Nintendo exclusives (that also stay exclusive) like Zelda, Mario and Metroid. And then there's also Killer 7 and Fire Emblem which look very promising too.

Fanboi? Me? Nah just stating the facts! (At least you all will agree with the Super Smash Brothers part right?) ::::29::

Edit: Oh yea the new consoles =P Well since I always liked Nintendo I will most likely go for the Nintendo Revolution. Because I neeeeeed Super Smash Bro. part 3!! ::::08::
