This is like a shittier version of Lineage 2

Liked: Shadowbane, Neocron, Ultima Online(Before UO:R)
Not Sure about: DAoC
Disliked: AC1, Everquest 1, Everquest 2, World of Garbage(Warcraft), Eve Online, Jumpgate, AC2, Anarchy Online, Sims Online, Saga of Ryzom, Lineage II, City of Heroes, FFXI, Planetside, UO:R(and after)

    Gosh!!! In 5 minutes you already know what type of game it isimage, Well in all MMO games at first all you do is just swing that sword, dagger or whatever you had, beat up little bugs or weird looking monsters. That happens to all kind of MMO's. Maybe If you just gonna more time than 5 minutes you will like RYL: Path of the Emperor, especially when you are getting this skill books and quality Items. It's a fast lvl up game. I didnt get board at all.

    Well I played a little longer than 5 min, I think I lasted about 1 hour. And I will admit that I dont know everything with the game but like the origional poster, it did nothing for me in the first little bit. FFXI and WOW are far superior to this game in every aspect. The UI and Camera Controls are terrible, maybe I just couldnt do what I wanted. I do have to admit within the first 2 min, someone answered my questions about the game, so that could be a highlight of the game.... the community. All in all not my cup of tea.

    The only reason I'm playing this game is because I'm not sure that WoW will. My laptop runs this on 1024x768, with low settings, and it only has a bit of lag in the larger towns, do you guys think WoW will therefore play on my laptop?

    You closed the game after 5 minutes?? did you play the game or you just trying to look up for something?? because when I start playing this game it takes me about 3 hours to learn the moves in the games.. and I am so lucky because there's GM online where you can ask question about this game! image

    i played the game for like 5 minutes too...but 3 of those 5 were spent lagging out. ::::06::

    so u dled it? took about 30min-2hrs...and u only started playing for 5 minutes? wow...u never even got to the tutorial, thats a record!!

    i played the game for like a month back in its Us Beta than i quit.. so i win
    -aside from the obvious speedhacking going on it was pretty pointless to level after 40

    5 mins!!!imageimage that sucks men.. how can you have fun... Does every game you play you can tell the quality in 5 mins. darn your good.. Im playing RYL for a month now, the only flaw I see is the lagg performance.. but now it seems to be improving cuz I don't get that nasty lags anymore. And they are having more communities in there.. so 5 mins!!! well you better play again...

    There has been no US beta. There was no speed hacking in the North American beta. The only thing that's pointless in RYL is complaining about it on the MMORPG.com message boards. We will not pity you here, nor do we care what you think. Pick a rock, crawl under it, and die.
