Time of the year again - Need something!
Hey all,
Its that time of the year again where i have used alot of my resources in terms of games and looking for something new, or something to go back to again.
Im looking for a MMO F2P or P2P - dosnt matter to me. Something with a decent population, gameplay and a good level up experience. I don't really mind for end game content as im hoping this will last me till lets say Feb/Mar next year. So a game that has a level up experience that gets you to max in a couple of months, nothing that fast EG WoW etc.
I have been looking around the forums and such and would like to know your thoughts on some of these picks that might appeal to me. Also PvE/PvP i dont mind, i enjoy both.
AoC - i played this at launch and quit after few weeks , not because of the bad launch but coz all my friends quit - i havnt read much about it since then and would like to know what the level up experience is like and how long it might take to reach max - is there good content to keep you occupied till end? Good group and solo content aswell?
WAR - I played this for 6 months after it came out and hit max pretty quickly. Wasnt bad honestly but at the time there was some balancing issues that needed sorting out. Have they improved the games leveling experience in the past year or two, or moreso the same with minor tweaks? Still fairly populated?
Aion - I played once again for about 1 month after release but was pretty grindy and was just killing mob after mob and the game was still tad buggy at the time. Any improvement now with, once again the level experience? Fast max level time?
Umm they are the only ones i can think of at the moment - but do please recommend some others aswell that i might check out. I have played most ~90% of all MMOs to some extent for a month or so, but serves me right for playing most at release and then going back to them half a year + later lol.

Umm, what do you want other than the time it takes to reach max level? I mean that's really weird thing to be worried about. Didn't play it for to long but maybe LOTR? And, I hear everquest has nice quests but never really played it.
Or, try more of sandbox mmo(something new). Eve is popular but I found it slow and kind of boring(I mean in fighting all I did was orbit, lock on, and it autoshoots which just isn't enough to keep me interested early on). Personally I've been liking Darkfall but it's really not for everyone and it can feel like a grind but even when it does I enjoy it which is kind of weird.
I would recommend Aion, I just returned to that game after quitting due to the many bugs and lack of depth in the beginning. It totally feels like a new game now and I'm loving every minute.
