I must have that poster, that is wicked
Does Blizzard do anything not stolen from someone else. no devs that say hey i have a thought and i did not steal it
I think the joke WAS that it was copying that poster bubbah.
not sure who or what a Bubbah is, but no matter. i see what your saying now though. since they copied everything about wow from popular mmos it is part of the running joke .. got cha.. is funny .... i guess..
Agreed MisterSr.
saddragon69, a lot of what you find in WoW is a pun off of pop-culture, old and new.

After looking at that Drannie photograph at the top, the one where shes licking the unicorn, I have to say "WTF!!! How can she walk..."
And I'm impressed. One with the fact she made the costume that detailed. And two, her highheel skills are at jedi master levels. She not just walking down hill, she has to be damn near walking down a cliff. Her feet have to be bent at or close to a 70°-75° angle. Ouch...and sexy.

Wow my photo is on mmorpg.com, nice.
I don't get the girl drest as the new D3 Demon hunter class. I thought the class was announced at BlizzCon for the first time and before anywhere else, so how would she know about it, let alone how it looks?
I suppose she is just a booth babe payed to promote the new class/game at the convention and that's really how she's drest that way. I mean that is a pretty damn good costume.
you are correct. its actually very hard to find her. i only saw her once at the 2nd day of the convention. she and another person, are wearing this particular armor. what i realized is that the pic above is the more detailed version of the armor and it was only around for a few hours before the model just disappeared. but as a point, she is a booth babe.
There's a big difference between plagiarism and parody or homage through appropriation.
Also, one of the demon hunter models had a crossbow with a microphone in place of a bolt (although I don't think you can see it in that pic). It was pretty disturbing to see her talking to people and alternately aiming her xbow at the roof of her mouth and then do the same to her conversation partner.
