that once i reach level 20 i will run out of stuff to do. this game is so fun but once i'm 20 i dont really see the point of playing. of course pvp is great but after awhile it gets kinda old and especially because there is only 20 levels people wont be that much better than anyone else, and i dont really see the point of going out and exploring to kill monsters if it doesnt do anything for your character. i like to get new armor and abilities and upgrades, but with a limit of 20 how long will it last? what kinda of content will they have for lvl20s, and what will really be the points of playing it?

Well, I love the PvP and I imagine that'll hold me over till they put out an expansion. They should release addons quite frequently since it's their main source of revenue.
Look at it this way: people still play Diablo 2.

Some of us like fair battles where the team with the better tactics, skills, and ability to work together will win, rather than the team with more people who don't have much of a life outside the game.
If that's not what you're after, click on any other random game from the list to the left.
Would you prefer that there were 1000 levels, but each level made very little difference compared to the previous level?
I didn't know the level cap was at 20, thats a little low for my liking, but I will love to play this game none the less. There is no reason to be afraid they are working on new content and areas as we speak. In the next few months we will have so many updates it will be crazy. The game has very few flaws and that is always good, because the game can't get any worse only better.
Just watch guys this game will be like so many classics we will play this years to come bet on it.
The way this game has made leaps in updating while you play with no slow downs it's setting the bar for future mmorpgs.

Who wants to get smacked around by someone whose so much more powerful than them that they have no chance of winning a battle? And for that matter, what fun is it for a level 60 to smack around a lower level character? If there's no hope, it's not fun. If there's no challenge, it's not fun. By putting all the level 20's on a level playing field, Guildwars ensures that there is hope and challenge in each match up of similar level players.

And for that matter, what fun is it for a level 60 to smack around a lower level character? If there's no hope, it's not fun. If there's no challenge, it's not fun. By putting all the level 20's on a level playing field, Guildwars ensures that there is hope and challenge in each match up of similar level players.

Ill tell u what it does show... it does show that u must have some real skill to defeat opponents. Skill is what made games games. Since the nintendo days there had to be skill for practically every game. and i am a lvl 60 and it isn't fun to just put a lightning bold in low lvls asses and have them finished with. so what i believe is that this game will be great because it focuses more on skill rather than how long one has played for...
Look at the PVP teams!
All of the players have lvl 20, and some teams are by far better than others!
It's the players skill that matters not the free time they spend!
Nobody says Counterstrike sucks, because everybody has the same chance!

i dont even see why there is levels, and a beautiful world to explore if character progression is over so quickly. whats the point of having the beautiful world if once your maxed out, its pointless to kill charr in? and when u speak of new content, what do u mean, like new areas? whats the point of even going there if you are maxed out.
and matches could be controlled and ranked like in halo2.
