After a 6 week holiday I was going to re-subscribe this evening, but their billing pages !!! have been down for the past two hours. As for their "honour" system - I guess it's a bit like Iraq - kill the poor weak guys. It also seems as though they lack the resources/skills to tackle/ban cheaters.
Yesterday my MC raid crashed when we were at Lucifron(about 2-3 hours in), and it reset us to the beginning of the instance, with all the mobs respawned.
I guess that's more of a technical problem, and not so much support, but either way, Blizzard sucks.

i agree that blizzards support system sucks but i still stand by there game play of the game. i love there game play but there supporrt takes for ever even though when i get connected to a representative they actually help me with the problem but it takes them over 30 minutes to even get to talk to you.
I have had good experience with WoW support but then again the few issues I have had were not things that required immediate attention.
I think they could hire more GM's so that petitions get answered sooner, but I REALLY like the fact that there is no visual presence of GM's or player guides being utilized in the game environment. The in game email system is just fine.
The amount of favoritism and exploitation that existed in EQdead and EvE Online because of fraternization between GM's/ player guides and players in the game world , really sucked.

Um, I don't get why people say it sucks so much. I called them up once on some questions, and they answered them without any difficulty. Why does everyone hate Blizzzard so much?????????????
Its very simple. Their 1-on-1 support to get the game working is fine...however when it comes to actually FIXING things that are broken...well, thats been slow...REALLY slow. Warriors are still borked last time I checked.

When was that when you checked? Last time I checked my warrior he rocked the rocks out of the ground even more then before. I have seen a lot of warriors that are succesfull (and yes even in PvP). But it is a pitty there aren't much valid builds
And for the support I don't know of wich one you are complaining. Is the american or the european? If it is the american then I can only say you are a spoiled brad that complains about the slighest, try the european support. But have to say they are making rapid improvements the last time, no open tickets for 2 days mostly answered in a few hours now.

Because they think by whining and spamming every WoW related forum with complaints about how they had to wait 45 minutes to get an answer to ''Why cant i see my skills when im in stealth!?''
Good god there are hundreds of THOUSANDS of other people form different continents playing the game at the same time as you.
People need to either shut the hell up OR apply at blizzard and do a better job.
That might be but it might aswell be the case that Blizzard is taking 15$ a month from them for over six months now with only average improvement to servers and such. People are growing tiresome. Blizzard make great games but their attitude is shite, has alwas been so. I don't mean the single CS staffer I'm talking in general. If their games weren't so good they'd long have gone out of business. They've just been lucky to have had some pretty creative people in the past who compensated for all their shortcomings, but with a lot of them gone now I give them three years at the most.
As I said, the 1-on-1 support was just fine for me. Its the overall bugs that affect everyone that they have been VERY slow to address. I haven't played a warrior for a month or so, so maybe it has been fixed (though still 3 months after the complains started pouring in). To be fair, they had such massive server issues, its no wonder they didn't have time to fix the game itself. I'll renew after battlegrounds goes live...well...awhile after to make sure they aren't broken!
Hundreds of innsoant players got banned in WoW, when they did nothing at all, due to logs. CS wouldnt help them. Just dont lose connection while riding flying mounts... if you value your account.
